Life On The Farm The Lee Brice concert was fantastic!! It was great being with the kids and doing something fun. It's been a rough go for Justin and I since we got together. We have big dreams and a lot of love for our families, we have been through many ups and down and being able to get to this point of taking all the kids to a concert was very emotional. It was Hudson's first concert EVER and he had a blast! The song SUNRISER was a beautiful song describing the people who work long hours or get up really early for work and get to see the sunrise. That their WHY of doing it must be because of the love of the people they are doing it for because it's not easy. That's Justin. He gets up and works away for 2 weeks to give the kids and I the kind of life he wanted. That's Kohen. He gets up and works outside in the elements to build the future for him and Ocean and their future family. That's Kyrna. She's working hard everyday learning skills, working at the neighbors to save money for school. We are providing her the means however she is doing the work. That's Hudson. For being so young and to know so much and to have come so far doing what he needs to do to help all of us get to the point where we can enjoy everything together. That's Me. Raising babies, wondering where my purpose lies and struggling to get an education under my belt to make the life for my children easier and .... MORE... This song helped me to realize that I did. We did. We all did. We all have worked together as a family doing the things we needed to do to get to the next step of where we needed and/or wanted to be so we can have a better life everyday. The whole point of this life is to connect with your family, with people and to protect that connection with everything you got. To build with other humans and to give them the benefit of the doubt, to care about other's like you want them to care about you and to challenge yourself to understand other's who are not like you and to love with absolutely all of your heart no holding back. It's when you don't hold back when all of the magic happens. Life had undeniable challenges and they are much easier to deal with head on when you have people surrounding you doing the same thing. It makes me realize even more the appreciation I have to all those who have been part of my life. I appreciate all of you who help to contribute to our lives in any capacity. So, when you hear the song SUNRISER for the first time.... feel it deeply and know how much you matter in other people's lives.
