Mare Milk pH Experiment

Kyrna found out a neat little fact about mares milk... that you can test it with pH test strips to determine how close they are to foaling. I had to wait until she finished chatting about it before I shared with her that I actually had pH test strips! Then she got really excited. Here are the videos of us testing Zippo & Shelly to see the pH of their milk. We were surprised when Shelly stood nice and still.
